I would like to post the advantages about coming early at the university to pursue college life. This can be favourable to both- americans and international students.

This is such great advice Saurabh! I particularly like the comment about professor accents :) I like that you mention it can be beneficial for Americans and international students -- even students who grew up in Rochester have an important adjustment to make, and I think having some time to settle in for the reasons you state above makes a lot of sense.
